I wanted to inquire whether it's possible to receive One-Time Passwords (OTP) via email, in addition to SMS. Currently, only the account owner receives the OTP via phone, and when an admin attempts to make a payment, they must contact me to retrieve the code, which is not efficient.

Implementing OTP delivery via email would greatly streamline our processes. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
