When upgrading from the free plan to any plan for the first time, it shows that you won't be charged. This is an error because you are in fact charged.

if your system glitches and takes my money and then refunds me , then my deposit didnt "bounce" its your fault and then why charge me the monthly fee when you deactivated everything on that account

When pressing open account, i had the verification loop, and im having it again with a different error code, "Response Failed"

trying out the new cards and the charges went through but did not get a charge email for the charges

Attempted to move money from my bank account into my FDIC Insured account. The wheel kept spinning and didnt get any confirmation of a successful transfer. I eventually had to close out the page after waiting for a long time. When I went back into my Slash account is shows that the funds I transferred from my bank into my FDIC insured account has been completed. This may just be a visual bug.

after trying to fill out the information for the fdic account, the ID i submitted had to be manually reviewed. But after it was manually reviewed and approved it is still showing open account even after i got the approved email.
